Simple mindfulness and breathing exercises – such as "wave breath" or "feeling the wind" – last only 2–3 minutes each and help children and adults calm down together. The route leads through less-travelled stretches of the lake, such as the upper lake near Cannobio or Oggebbio. Aboard the »Striga Constanze« you sail on a replica of a Northern European working boat from the early 1900s. A boat with character, history and comfort. The perfect setting for your cruise on Lake Maggiore.
