Getting there:
Allow 15 minutes before departure. At check-in there is a short safety briefing, shoes are stowed, luggage finds its place – and the first photos are often taken in the harbour.

The exact meeting point – e.g. a public jetty near the harbour or an alternative mooring – is described in the booking confirmation. It is easily reachable on foot from the promenade and the Lido Cannobio. Cannobio's lakeside promenade offers historic views and is a lovely route to the jetty – the Lungolago Cannobio is considered one of the most beautiful lakeside promenades on the lake.
