About this tour
Team-building activities strengthen collaboration, communication and trust – but only if the setting is right. On board the traditional gaff cutter Striga Constanze, teams of up to 12 people experience a day that turns lone fighters into a well-coordinated crew with shared memories. Depending on your goals we combine the exit game "The Treasure of the Mazzarditi", strategy sessions for leadership teams, meditation and resilience elements, creative workshops or formats for remote and hybrid teams. Active phases alternate with moments of reflection, aperitivo and a swim stop. A small group, no other guests on board, flexible routes to the Borromean Islands, Santa Caterina del Sasso or Cannero Riviera – and a closing round that ensures transfer into everyday work.

A floating piece of maritime history
Aboard the »Striga Constanze« you sail on a replica of a Northern European working boat from the early 1900s. A boat with character, history and comfort. The perfect setting for your cruise on Lake Maggiore.
Built in 1979 by Baumgartner Shipworks in Hamburg, with a GRP and wood hull. Last restored in 2021, with a second refit in 2026. An experienced skipper is on board for every tour.
