About this tour
The short format for holidaymakers, weekend guests and anyone who wants to unwind deeply and quickly. Ideal as a beginner session – even without any meditation experience. You start with gentle breathing exercises and a body scan, followed by guided meditation on the lake aboard the Striga Constanze. After a short introduction and safety briefing, we head straight out onto the water. The session ends with a calm closing circle and a cup of tea.

A floating piece of maritime history
Aboard the »Striga Constanze« you sail on a replica of a Northern European working boat from the early 1900s. A boat with character, history and comfort. The perfect setting for your cruise on Lake Maggiore.
Built in 1979 by Baumgartner Shipworks in Hamburg, with a GRP and wood hull. Last restored in 2021, with a second refit in 2026. An experienced skipper is on board for every tour.
