For couples who wish to celebrate their wedding alone or in an intimate circle while enjoying the extreme romance of Lake Maggiore, our boat tour provides the perfect setting. The STRIGA CONSTANZE offers space for intimate celebrations with up to 12 guests. Typical setting: Civil or religious ceremony on land – civil ceremonies are possible in four locations in Stresa, religious weddings can be held on Isola dei Pescatori – followed by an exclusive boat tour as your wedding reception. Services: Reception of the bridal couple and guests at a private pier or harbor, aperitif with Prosecco, finger food, and Italian antipasti platters, cruise along the promenades of Stresa, Isola dei Pescatori, Isola Bella, and Isola Madre. Option: short stop for photos in front of iconic villas and gardens. Possibility for a cake-cutting ceremony on board or at a lakeside restaurant. Individually customizable: music, decoration, seating arrangements, duration (2–4 hours). Civil marriage ceremonies on boats are not possible, however, symbolic ceremonies on board are permitted – allowing you to say your vows on the water. Important: A fixed address is required for civil weddings in Italy. Certificates of no impediment are valid for a maximum of six months. Marriage documents must be requested 180 days before the ceremony. An experienced local wedding planner is often recommended for logistics.

Aboard the »Striga Constanze« you sail on a replica of a Northern European working boat from the early 1900s. A boat with character, history and comfort. The perfect setting for your cruise on Lake Maggiore.
Built in 1979 by Baumgartner Shipworks in Hamburg, with a GRP and wood hull. Last restored in 2021, with a second refit in 2026. An experienced skipper is on board for every tour.
